On most days, Isabelle is an experienced designer, researcher and professional dot-connector who likes asking big questions about small things (and vice versa!). From the materials we build with, to the spaces we experience, to the planetary systems we depend on, she's interested in untangling complex questions about how we live, what we design, and how we might do both a little differently.

With a background in architecture, but curious about everything in between,
her work combines evidence-based research with creative experimentation to explore new ideas, challenge conventions, and imagine more regenerative ways of living.

On other days, she's an amateur furniture maker, and an admittedly bad tennis player.

Her creative spirit was cultivated at the Rhode Island School of Design, her systems thinking nurtured at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and her commitment to transdisciplinary collaboration deepened as a graduate fellow of the Climate Leader’s Program. Throughout her career, she's brought these perspectives together through research, analysis, and design, helping cities, organizations, and communities turn ambitious ideas into tangible, livable outcomes.
